Ahhhhh! So. Much. Snow.

I didn't think much of it early this evening, while driving my brother around and going to John's house. Judging by the state of the roads right now, though, I probably should have. It was insanity just trying to get my car off of the street.

Poor trees. Some of them were fooled by the weather into budding several months early, and now they get this lovely blanket of dense snow.

Today was good for several reasons, despite the brain-draining tests that took up 3/4 of the school day.

Good Things:
- Late start
- The cookie I bought at lunch
- Playing a cool new piece in chamber ensemble today
- Wooster scholarship stuff in the mail!
- Dinner with John, and dessert asking me to turnabout (yeah, we're doing everything backwards . . . hehe)
- Building a Chac Mool in the snow

Well, I'm thinking we'll have 0 inches again soon; it's supposed to get warmish again soon. Chicago weather is so bipolar.

*sigh* No snow here either. I don't remember it ever being 55 degrees in January here, much less for more than a week. You! Give Pennsylvania back its snow!

If I could, I totally would give you the snow. But only in exchange for the 55 degree weather! ;)

Chac Mool is this creepy statue thing that came alive in this guy's basement . . . we read a story about it in Spanish last year. Maybe you'll read it!!

We do chamber ensembles a couple times a week in wind ensemble this term, since we've got band every. single. day.

Aaah, weather! Do you want some of our snow?
