What a day.

School was decent.

Coming home and teaching two lessons was good. Teaching has a way of making me extremely enthusiastic about music.

Learning that my grandpa is really sick . . . not good. Incredibly sad, actually. I suppose I don't really want to discuss it here or now very much.

Submitting the Common Application at long last and all but one supplement was nice, though.

Now all I have to do is:
- Wooster Scholarship essay
- Why Macalester? essay
- Get transcripts/school reports sent (this means actually talking face-to-face with my counselor, which will be a feat and a half if it ever gets done)
- Get teacher recs secured and sent
- Get music teacher recs for Wooster's music scholarship
- Gather writing samples for Knox
- Make a couple audition tapes
- SEND IT ALL IN!

What a day.
